- 🛜 Halcyon Wireless: the last stretch before release
New products
DSA Way is now available in blue
It was already available for a while with red accented keycaps, but now there's also a variant with bright blue accented keycaps. If you're looking for clean MX-compatible keycaps, this might be the set for you!

MBK Legend 60s is now available in Burnt Orange and Red on Black
Two new sets make their way to the MBK Legends 60s set, compatible with Kailh Choc v1 low profile switches and aimed at just about every split keyboard, including those with a number row. The first set, Burnt Orange, has a very cool dark brown base with orange legends, and a bright orange accent key, along with dark warm grey modifier keys to complete the look.

The second set has a more subdued black backdrop, with bright red legends and a bright red accent key. The combination makes the set look modern and bold while not screaming for attention.

MBK Legend 40s is now available in Red on White
Compatible with Kailh Choc v1 low profile switches, this set aimed at keyboards without a number row is now also available in Red on White, making it the fourth entry for this set. It's a clean-looking set, where the bright red adds a tinge of dare.

Shop improvements
We are working on improving the main website. While it's not yet done, I do have a few notable improvements to share.
Faster homepage
We removed several sections of the home page to drastically improve the loading time of the homepage, as they weren't seeing much use.
We added more emphasis on the Composer, as we believe it's the way forward to configure your keyboard. It's proven to be a reliable tool, and people seem to like it a lot. I'm very happy to hear that!
More granular collections
The keycaps and switches used to sit together in the same collection, but this could make it harder to find what you want. There are now two separate collections: one for switches and one for keycaps.
We're planing to rework the filters so you can filter on more properties, such as whether a switch is silent and whether a switch is translucent. That way you can more easily filter for just the thing you're looking for. With the collections split up, the filters will be making more sense in the future, too!
New category sorting
We added a new integration to automatically sort out of stock items to the bottom of the collection page. We did use to have one, but it unfortunately stopped working along the way. It works again now!
The new sorting also puts new products at the top of the page for a few weeks, and takes other parameters into account by default such as how much stock remains and how fast the products sell. This will help put popular products at the top, so you can more quickly find the things you're looking for.
The keyboard kits collection is now sorted manually with the exception of out of stock items, making it more predictable where the kits are. It also puts all the Halcyon kits together with one another, and puts the Aurora kits together as well, so you can easily scan for whether you want a preassembled or a DIY kit.
Halcyon Wireless
Many of you are waiting for the release of the wireless Halcyon controller! I'm happy to say that the project is nearing completion, with the last round of prototypes currently in transit to us.
While we're still waiting on the final prototypes, all known bugs have been squashed in the current development firmware, and we're hard at work on the many pages of documentation required to support the new development. We'll be able to share more about that in an upcoming blog post celebrating the new release.
It'll still be a few months until release, as we'll need to perform testing on the final prototypes (hopefully next week), after which we can order the very first production run. Long awaited, I'm hyped to see the final products, and especially hyped to finally be able to see the builds all of you will come up with!
You can read more about the wireless Halcyon development in previous blog posts:
- Autumn 2025 talks about the start of the project, the wireless controller itself, the coin cell and LiPo power boards and the e-paper module.
- Winter 2025 talks about the new Halcyon Pro Micro adapter and the wireless USB C dongle.
